Q: as for PTP Blister Foil or Cold Forming Foil, how to know which thickness is better for our products?
A: - it is helpful to tell Dirante the size of tablet/ capsule, or the forming drawing, thus Dirante will suggest one thickness to you, & send a sample roll for machine trail in your plant.
Q: MOQ in Dirante?
A: - All products MOQ 500kg
Q: lead time for FOB Qingdao / Shanghai / Tianjin?
A: - different material, different time;
1.plain aluminum foil, lead time is about 15-25working days.
2.printed PTP & Alu-Alu lead time is about 15-20working days.
3.unprinted Aluminum Blister foil, lead time is about 7-15working days.
Q: Dirante free samples ?
A: -Yes,if each sample roll (<4kgs), it is free of charge; if more foils needed, sample will be charged in advance, but the fees can be deducted when customer do payment for commercial orders to Dirante.
For printed sample, the cost of printing cylinder also will be charged in advance.
Q: I need the printed foils , what should I do for?
A: -for printed foils, the printing cylinder is needed, so the printing artwork is necessary in advance; if no printing design, the original sample or clear images are very helpful, we will work on the draft for you to confirm before sample & bulk production.
Q: for aluminum blister foil, can you coat the heat sealing lacquer (HSL) 6-8gsm?
A: -yes, Dirante is able to do it, but its price will be higher.
After many sealing tests, Dirante figure out that 3.0-5.0gsm is the most effective & economic coating for aluminum blister lid foil.
Q: whether to provide OEM SERVICE?
A: -Yes, no problem. also good at offering excellent services, such as packing, shipment, documents, etc. Packing materials, Label content, shipping marks & documents, etc, will be done as your request.
Q: what is Dirante’s suggestion for foils storage?
A: - all foils should be kept in warehouse, no direct sunshine, & used by the first-in-first-out rule.
The best condition is temperature 10-35℃ & humidity 30-70%.
